Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us by phone or via messenger. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery service, no changes can be made.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order and depend on the chosen carrier, the weight of the parcel and the destination.
We offer a 14-day period for the return or exchange of goods of satisfactory quality (in accordance with the Ukrainian Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”). The goods must be unworn, show no signs of use, still have their tags attached, and be in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt and a completed return form along with the goods.

Our customer service representative will provide you with instructions and the necessary details for returning the item. The cost of the return is payable by the customer, except in cases where a faulty item was delivered.
A size chart is available on each product page. We take great care in selecting our size ranges, but due to the specific cuts of different styles and fabrics, we recommend checking the specific measurements (bust, waist, hip and length) which we also provide in the product description.
The most accurate way is to take your measurements using a tape measure and compare them with our size chart. To do this, measure: Your bust measurement at the fullest part. Your waist measurement at the narrowest part. Your hip measurement at the fullest part of your hips.
