You may return or exchange items purchased from the Love Vivienne online store within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”).

Exchanges and returns of goods of satisfactory quality are only permitted provided that:

  • ✓ Preserving the product's appearance
  • ✓ Preservation of the product’s consumer properties
  • ✓ No signs of use or wear
  • ✓ Presence of original labels and tags
  • ✓ Whether you have a receipt or other document confirming the purchase
  • ✓ Keep the original packaging (if available)
  • ✓ The item has not been used

Important! All costs associated with the return or exchange of goods of satisfactory quality are borne by the buyer. Postage is charged at the delivery service’s standard rates.

Step 1: Contact us

Step 2: Complete the application form

A member of staff will send you a return/exchange form, which you will need to complete.

Step 3: Prepare the goods

Please check the contents of the package and ensure that:

  • The product is in good condition
  • All tags and labels are in place
  • The original packaging has been retained
  • You have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Step 4: Send the parcel

Please send the goods together with the completed form to our address. Our manager will provide you with the shipping details.

Attention! Please ensure that the recipient’s details are correct; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be delivered to our warehouse.

If you have received the goods:

  • With manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect configuration
  • Not the item you ordered
  • Does not match the size/colour specified in the order

We will cover the cost of returning goods of unsatisfactory quality.

To claim a refund for delivery costs, you must:

  1. Keep your delivery receipt
  2. Attach it to the completed refund application
  3. Please send this to us along with the goods

Items of unsatisfactory quality must be returned with the original labels and in their original packaging.

For goods of the required quality:

  • Processing time: 5 working days from receipt of the goods at the warehouse, together with the completed application form
  • Refund to the bank card used for payment
  • The cost of the goods will be refunded, excluding delivery charges

For goods of unsatisfactory quality:

  • Processing time: 5 working days from receipt of the goods at the warehouse
  • The cost of the goods + delivery charges will be refunded

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style:

  1. Please contact a manager to reserve an item for exchange
  2. Please complete the exchange form (sent by the manager)
  3. Please send the item and the completed form to the address provided
  4. The exchange order will be processed once your return has been received by the manager

Important: If the item you wish to exchange is not in stock at the time of exchange, you can:

  • Choose any other item from our range
  • Get a refund for the item
  • Wait for the required goods to arrive

You will not be able to return or exchange the item if:

  • ❌ The item has been used (shows signs of wear)
  • ❌ It has been more than 14 days since the purchase
  • ❌ No tags, labels or packaging
  • ❌ The product's appearance has been damaged
  • ❌ No receipt or proof of purchase
  • ❌ This item is non-returnable
  • ❌ Signs of tampering or attempted repair have been detected
